Hi All,I hope you are enjoying a renewing holiday season with family and friends. As we look to say goodbye to 2016 and welcome in a new year, I am eagerly awaiting the start of our new concert season.
On Tuesday we will read through the entire program to orient us to our new music. Here is the Concert order:
Canticle - Prologue
Canticle - Brother Sun
Sunrise at Angels Gate
Sun Dance
Into the Sunset
Canticle - Sister Moon and Stars
Do not go gentle into that good night
Dusk
Night on Bald Mountain
Canticle - Epilogue
I will also be experimenting with different seating arrangements to see how it can effect our sound. Some may find themselves in the same seats, some may find themselves on the other side of the ensemble. We will see what works.
