What a wonderful experience at Lake George.  Thank you all for a  great concert and a great season.  I am already looking forward to next season.  Enjoy your summer, see you in the fall.

Rehearsal this week - Finally!

Hi All,
  I hope you are enjoying the summer.  We will rehearse at 7:00 on Tuesday night at the Congregational Church of Plainville

     130 West Main St.  Park in the back of the church and enter through the back door and go up one flight of stairs to the main hall. There is an elevator on the right when you enter the church for those with large instruments or cannot use the stairs.

     BRING STANDS!!

For those that will not be traveling to Lake George, Jim will be collecting folders so that he can get the library back in order.

Rehearsal is cancelled for tonight.  Keep your eyes open for an e-mail from Kathie about a make up.

Rehearsal Change

From Kathie:

We will be rehearsing at the Middle School of Plainville on Northwest Drive in Plainville tonight at 7pm. Drive to the back of the school and enter in through the back door to the cafeteria.  Please be prompt as we have to be out of the school by 8:50pm. 

If you know of someone who may not read their email in time...please contact them! Thank you!!!!!!

The board meeting will be held at 6:15 in the Middle School Cafe. 

For those not going to Lake George - please, please, please!!~ bring your music and folders to the Middle School tonight. -k-

Norton Park Concert CANCELLED

from Kathie:

The concert has been cancelled due to the weather ( wet, more rain on its way and the frigid temps) and most likely wouldn't get much of an audience.

 It has been suggested we have a get together at Central Cafe tonight at 6:30. Please let me know if you would be going. (good opportunity to drop off your music and folder if you are not going to Lake George!)

The next rehearsal on Tuesday, June 16th, 7pm at Plainville High School for the Lake George Festival.  -k-
